Support pack purchase failure

I have sent my email that you requested for my purchase problem why haven't i received anything yet if my bank says its not on hold

I appreciate this but i am really unhappy with this because its been since april 4th right and i been dying to upgrade my chest because i have no currency stash or anything and when this happened i honestly dont feel like playing anymore because im just frustrated with this situation and its been almost a week waiting for the support pack but once again thank you for reaching out .
hello i would like a update its been a few days off waiting can i know if there is any process for the penance pack i paid for i still havent got it since april 4th.
